Winter term with Easter break
Spring term with March holidays

Language
The official language of the school is English. French is taught as a second language.
Children can choose their mother tongue as an elective or an after-school credit. We strive to create an environment that supports bilingual children, enabling them to leverage the benefits of their native language.
Lunch
Children are responsible for bringing lunches from home. Facilities for reheating and serving food are available.
Please inform us of any food sensitivities or allergies your child may have.
Snacks
Children are responsible for bringing snacks. We encourage healthy options such as fruits, homemade snacks, biscuits, and milk.
Attire
Children are not required to wear uniforms. We encourage children to express their individuality by wearing their favourite clothes.
We kindly request that families send their children to school in clothing that can get dirty. Our programs involve hands-on activities and constant practice. As a result, clothes may become damaged or dirty during these activities.
Student Supplies
Children are encouraged to choose personal items, such as bags, notebooks, or stationery, which reflect their preferences and cultural practices.
Field Trips and Travelling
Children can look forward to field trips which complement their lessons and curriculum during each term, offering diverse and enriching experiences.
Families complete a field trip waiver at the beginning of the academic year, enabling each child to participate in field trips throughout the year.
Families receive comprehensive notification of planned field trips, ensuring they are
well-informed in advance about each trip. Please note that expenses related to bus transportation, entrance fees, tickets, and food during field trips are the responsibility of families.
We welcome the participation of family members as field trip facilitators, working alongside the School's team.
Safety Tips
To ensure a healthy environment and the well-being and safety of our children, we request that families follow these guidelines.
Allergies If a child has a known allergy to a specific substance, the family must notify the school in writing and include a doctor's note. This information enables the School to take appropriate precautions. The School cannot assume responsibility for any allergic reactions or related effects without proper notification.
Medical Conditions If a child has a specific medical condition or requires special care, we ask the family to inform the School in writing, along with a doctor's note. This allows the School to provide necessary support and accommodations. Failure to provide this information may limit our ability to address specific needs. The School cannot be held responsible for any untoward events.
Health Documentation We require a vaccination card for admission purposes to maintain a safe and healthy environment for all children.
Child's Health Report A comprehensive health report is required for admission. This report gives us crucial information about your child's overall health, enabling us to tailor our care and support.
